Pet Goods Poughkeepsie offers optional SMS messages for payment links, booking confirmations, and class reminders. Newsletter links, news, and offers require a separate marketing SMS choice. Enter a number you own or are authorized to use, and select each type of message you want. Selecting Email, SMS, or Both alone does not enroll you in a messaging program.

Reply STOP to stop SMS messages or HELP for assistance. A STOP request can block all SMS from the sender, including booking and payment texts. You may also turn off individual message categories in My Account. If you previously replied STOP, you may need to reply START to the sender before delivery can resume; changing your profile does not remove a carrier-level block.
Message delivery depends on your mobile service and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your phone number current and choose your SMS permissions again when it changes. Contact the store directly for urgent booking or payment questions.
